*****************PAY RANGE: $20-$21/hr****************
Candidates must be located only in any of these states :- AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, MS, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, SC, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI
Responsibilities:
- Research & resolve member/provider appeals, grievances, and complaints.
- Review claims, benefits, records & contracts; prepare timely resolutions and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Appeals & Grievances experience
- 2+ years Managed Care/Healthcare experience
- Healthcare claims processing experience (Medicare/Medicaid, COB, denials)
