We are looking for an experienced Appian Senior Developer with 3 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Appian development, SAIL interfaces, process models, business rules, integrations, and enterprise application delivery.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using the Appian platform.
• Develop and maintain SAIL interfaces, process models, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Integrate Appian applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Web Services, RPA, and databases.
• Work closely with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Appian solutions.
• Develop complex and reusable Appian components following development best practices.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and performance tuning.
• Support application deployment and release activities across different environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective solutions to performance and production-related problems.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.

• 3 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Strong experience with Appian SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, and Integrations.
• Experience integrating Appian with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Web Services, RPA, and databases.
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade Appian solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and software delivery practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Appian Level 2 (L2) Certification is mandatory.
• Candidates must demonstrate practical experience delivering complex Appian solutions in enterprise environments.

• Experience with additional Appian modules and advanced Appian capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-based architectures.
• Experience with performance optimization and production support for Appian applications.
• Experience working in large-scale Agile environments.
