The server will provide excellent guest service by greeting, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a friendly dining experience
- Interact courteously with guests, familiarize them with the menu, and suggest options
- Accurately input orders, serve using the TEAM system, and collect payments promptly
- Maintain a clean environment by pre-bussing tables and cleaning work areas
- Anticipate guest needs to enhance satisfaction and complete daily cleaning tasks
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate teamwork, and be flexible with scheduling
- Meet physical and mental requirements, including mobility, communication, and handling physical demands
The role requires excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
