Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour + overtime opportunities

Expected Annual Compensation: $46,000-$56,000+ depending on overtime

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule
• Overtime available based on business needs

What Youll Do

As an Appliance Assembler, youll help rebuild and restore commercial dishwashing equipment so its ready to return to customers in top working condition. Every day is hands-on, and youll see the impact of your work from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Disassemble returned equipment and inspect components for reuse
• Clean, repair, and reassemble commercial dishwashing machines
• Test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs
• Learn to use hand tools and mechanical repair techniques
• Occasionally assist our field team with equipment installations and service support

Who Were Looking For

You dont need previous appliance repair experience-were looking for people with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Have a valid drivers license (held for at least 3 years)
• Enjoy working with your hands and learning mechanical skills
• Are comfortable using or willing to learn basic hand tools
• Like solving problems and figuring out how things work
• Are dependable, motivated, and take pride in your work
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are open to participating in an occasional on-call rotation
