At Martin Appliance, we've been serving customers since 1973 by providing quality appliances and dependable installation service throughout Central Pennsylvania. We invest in our team through training, teamwork, and opportunities for growth while honoring Christ through the way we serve others.

What You'll Do as an Appliance Installer:

• Install and set up household appliances in customers' homes.
• Load, unload, move, and handle large appliances safely and professionally.
• Operate company vehicles and travel within approximately one hour of the Altoona store for deliveries and installations.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and adjust on-site when needed.
• Communicate with customers about appliance setup, installation options, and basic product operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work environment.
• Participate in hands-on training and cross-training opportunities within the company.

Our Ideal Appliance Installer:

• Experience: Experience in appliance installation, appliance delivery driving, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other hands-on trades is helpful but not required.
• Hands-On Problem Solver: Uses common sense and mechanical ability to troubleshoot installation challenges on-site.
• Customer-Focused Professional: Communicates respectfully with customers and represents the company well in the field.
• Strong Work Ethic: Shows up ready to work hard, stay productive, and support the team every day.
• Servant-Hearted Team Player: Values teamwork, integrity, and serving others in a faith-based company culture.
• Active: Comfortable lifting, bending, kneeling, and handling appliances weighing up to 80 pounds.

What We Offer Our Appliance Installers:

• $21–25/hour, DOE
• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule from 7 am–5 pm with limited Saturday work

Requirements:
