Job would entail:
Residential delivery & installation of kitchen appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, over-the-range microwaves, ranges, wall ovens, washers, dryers, etc).
Requirements:
- Willing to submit to background check & drug screening.
- Experience with appliance installation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be capable of removal and installation of components by following the appropriate service manual.
- Safely and properly operate and inspect machines to diagnose defects.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all components of equipment.
- Formally document the work done on the equipment.
- Complete work assignments and assigned training within allotted time and secure and maintain appropriate licensing.
- Maintain good work habits and comply with all safety and company regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· The candidate must have basic computer skills.
· Maintains good work habits and presents a favorable business image towards customers served by the company.
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Ability to write simple correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
