You’ll start in the warehouse learning parts, tools, and operations. Once you meet performance goals, you’ll move into the field to train alongside experienced technicians.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with warehouse operations and parts management
- Learn tools, parts, and service processes
- Support technician routes and inventory
- Maintain an organized workspace
Career Path
- Stage 1: Warehouse training / tech helper
- Stage 2: Ride-along with senior training technicians
- Stage 3: Manufacturer Certification
- Stage 4: Independent technician role, company vehicle
