We are looking for skilled appliance technicians who take pride in solving problems, delivering excellent customer service, and getting the job done right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances in customers’ homes
- Deliver professional, five-star customer experiences
- Document repairs, parts, and recommendations clearly
- Present repair solutions and memberships with confidence
- Work closely with dispatch and parts teams for fast completions
- Continue developing through hands-on and factory-supported training
What We’re Looking For
- Appliance repair experience preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Desire to grow into advanced repairs, sealed systems, and leadership

- $22–$30/hr base pay + Pay for Performance
