What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do

• Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more

• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your brain and your tools

• Provide a top-tier customer experience—you’re the expert they’re counting on

• Get Paid to Help People Protect What Matters - You'll learn how to spot and recommend simple ways to keep appliances running longer—like filters and maintenance packages. It's not salesy—just smart service that pays extra.

• Keep your tools and vehicle organized—use a company vehicle or bring your own, whichever works better for you

WhoWe’re Looking For

• A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things

• Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade

• Strongmechanical aptitude—especially if you’ve worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before

• Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload

• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks

• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates

• High school diploma or GED required

• EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you get certified if needed

• Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license
