Appliance Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair high-end residential appliances, including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Scotsman, and Best brands.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations.
• Research and order parts using company software systems.
• Remove and reinstall appliances as needed for repair or replacement.
• Maintain truck stock inventory in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing appliances, electronics, or other mechanical equipment preferred.
• Background in maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and understand technical or diagnostic materials.
• Basic computer proficiency.
