Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No night shifts!)

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Year 1 Potential:$65,000–$85,000+ (Base + Commission upon promotion)

This is a Direct Hire opportunity—you'll join our client’s team as a full-time employee from day one, complete with paid company CDL training, 1-on-1 mentorship, and a fast track to serious earning potential!

What You’ll Do

• Train side-by-side with experienced pros servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial washing systems in local restaurants.

• Master hands-on trade skills, mechanical diagnostics, and specialized power tools.

• Assist with field setup, deliveries, and equipment transport.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3+ years of mechanical, trade, or hands-on repair experience.

• Tools & Skills: Comfortable using hand and power tools with a strong troubleshooting mindset.

• Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and ability to pass a background check. (Existing CDL is a bonus!)

• Physical Capabilities: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active restaurant environments.

• Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
