Join our team as an Appliance Service Technician and bring your expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining household appliances. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work both independently and within a team, with frequent local travel between client homes. You will report to a Supervisor/Manager or Senior Technician and have opportunities for certification to advance your career.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair major home appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting across various appliance brands
Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain repairs to clients
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair
Technical training in appliance repair or related field
Valid class E driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Accurate record keeping and maintenance proficiency
Problem-solving skills and physical stamina to lift heavy appliances
