Description

We're seeking an experienced Application Analyst II to join a collaborative healthcare IT team supporting mission-critical clinical and back-office applications across a large, multi-site healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues while making a meaningful impact on healthcare operations.

In this role, you'll provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for a portfolio of third-party clinical (non-imaging) and business applications. You'll troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams, and ensure high system availability by following ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes. You'll also maintain detailed documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting critical applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (proof of education required)

  • Experience supporting third-party clinical applications (non-imaging)

  • Tier 2/Tier 3 application support experience in a healthcare environment

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management processes

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and enterprise back-office applications

  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams

If you're passionate about healthcare technology, enjoy resolving challenging application issues, and thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment, we'd love to hear from you.
