Summary:The Application Analyst II will be responsible for assigned applications and also provide backup support for the application portfolio managed by the IT Services Applications Team. The Analyst will work as a key member of the support team to build, maintain, test and train as needed to assure successful implementation and ongoing support. The Analyst will be the key subject matter expert and act as the liaison between clinic staff and the support team for assigned applications. The Analyst is the primary contact between the supported customer and IT, and will manage the relationship, escalations, communication and regular updates. The Analyst is responsible for vendor relationships, support tasks and escalations. The Analyst will work with minimal supervision on assigned projects and tasks.
