POSITION SUMMARY
The Applications Systems Analyst IV has knowledge and skills in system design, analysis, and development used to execute highly complex or specialized projects. Ability to integrate new technology, new software features, or custom developed solutions into current workflows. Ensures that systems and processes meet regulatory compliance, using advanced in-depth knowledge of systems and system requirements, coordinates activities between technical and application teams and collaborates with IT managers and application colleagues to support configuration and implementation of applications/solutions. This senior analyst position requires process and/or application expertise and strong leadership skills to work with key stakeholders, end-users and team members to identify and resolve issues throughout the system development phases of assessment, design/build, testing, training, and implementation. Will be expected to write documentation; including but not limited to manuals, CSC Knowledge Base and SOP's to describe program development, logic, coding, corrections, installation and operating systems. Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts.
The Applications Systems Analyst IV is responsible for taking formal or informal lead on project tasks and is a subject matter expert on a large scale across multiple areas and disciplines and has the ability to work within a fast paced environment to deliver high quality solutions and play an integral part of a cohesive team. This position also delivers exceptional ability to work successfully with all healthcare- delivery teams as required
IT positions are dynamic and sometimes require flexible work schedules. This position will require on-call responsibilities.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in IT, nursing, or related required (or 2 additional years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree).
EXPERIERNCE: Master Degree preferred. 6 years related experience required. Clinical/financial experience as it relates to healthcare IT required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works with such equipment as computers, laptops, printers, fax machine, copier, and telephone. This position requires repetitive motion, fingering, hearing, pushing, reaching, and reading, calculating, seeing, speaking, standing, and walking a majority of the time. Occasional driving also required.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to department leadership.
