Apex Systems is seeking a Application Analyst based out of Seattle, Washington.
Application Analyst
Location: Seattle, Washington (Remote)

Role Overview
An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented Application Analyst to support the rewrite of a critical manufacturing software application. As a key member of the delivery team, you will analyze legacy source code and requirements, document existing processes, validate software functionality through testing, and produce comprehensive documentation. The objective is to ensure the resulting platform is high-quality, maintainable, and ready for long-term production use.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Experience: This role requires experience in application analysis, software testing, and technical documentation. A basic understanding of manufacturing environments and experience working in Agile development environments are also necessary.
Skills: Candidates must have familiarity with testing methodologies, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes. Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills are essential.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is between $33.00 and $43.00 per hour. The bill rate for this position is up to $69.00 per hour.
Additional Information
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, which necessitates a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62. A security clearance is not required for this role. The employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
