Job Description

Pay Range: $42.38hr - $57.79hr

Job Overview:

  • The candidate has experience in multiple system environments and is skilled in designing, developing, and testing applications. The role involves combining multiple technologies to provide alternative physical solutions and performing analysis of business models, logical specifications, and user requirements to design solutions. The candidate is responsible for the application development as well as the application environment, with responsibilities extending to all components including front, back, and middle tiers.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate has experience in multiple system environments.
  • The successful candidate should be experienced in designing, developing, and testing applications.
  • Combine multiple technologies to provide alternative physical solutions.
  • The candidate performs analysis of business models, logical specifications, and user requirements to design solutions.
  • The candidate is responsible for the application development as well as the application environment.
  • The candidate understands various types of tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate usage.
  • Responsibilities extend to all components of an application and application environment including front, back, and middle tiers where applicable.
  • The successful candidate can lead a tool evaluation effort, including the definition of the evaluation criteria, identification of tools to be evaluated, and the actual evaluation.
  • The candidate has worked on various platforms including mainframes, minis, and micros.
  • Work may involve interacting with and managing product vendors and suppliers.
