Application Consultant - Java /JEE / Java Frameworks - Hanover, MD (Onsite) - Contract - $39.00-$49.00 Per HR
This role involves developing and maintaining applications for card payment processing systems. The position is located in Hanover, MD and is a contract opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience in application development and integration, working with various technologies and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications for card payment processing systems.
- Develop solutions for card issuance, authorization, settlement, and dispute management.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Integrate payment applications with external systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of card payment systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
