Job Description:
This role involves managing and administering Microsoft Viva Engage, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 environments. The candidate will work closely with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring effective communication with business stakeholders. The position requires strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
 
Required Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of Viva Engage administration, community settings, and permissions.
• Broad Microsoft 365 understanding, particularly Entra ID, dynamic groups, Teams integration, licensing, and identity dependencies.
• Ability to analyze cross-system issues and direct resolver teams without assuming ownership of their underlying platforms.
• Experience with incident, request, change, problem, and vendor-case coordination in ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM process.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including translation of technical findings for business stakeholders.
• Working-hours alignment with the agreed U.S. support window.

• Experience with Microsoft Viva Engage.
• Previous experience in a consulting role.

• Administer and manage Viva Engage, ensuring optimal community settings and permissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues.
• Coordinate incidents, requests, changes, and problems using ITSM processes.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with U.S. support window working hours.
