Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of configuration initiatives. The position is based in Schaumburg, IL, and is a hybrid contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and customization activities across ERP platforms.
- Design scalable solutions using best practices.
- Review technical designs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide guidance on configuration components and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical solutions and project status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- 5 years of ERP configuration and development experience.
- Strong expertise in ERP applications and architecture.
- Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables.
