Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Application Developer to support the development, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business applications. This role will have a particular focus on SAP Concur and SAP Ariba, while also leveraging experience with Microsoft development technologies to build and support solutions across the broader application environment.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on application development experience with strong configuration skills and the ability to translate technical designs and business requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, enhance, and support enterprise applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.

• Configure and maintain SAP Concur functionality, workflows, business rules, and related application settings.

• Configure and support SAP Ariba, including application functionality, workflows, and business processes.

• Partner with business analysts, technical teams, and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain applications and integrations using Microsoft technologies.

• Troubleshoot application, configuration, integration, and production issues and identify appropriate resolutions.

• Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Develop technical specifications and documentation for application changes and enhancements.

• Support integrations and data exchanges between Concur, Ariba, Microsoft-based applications, and other enterprise systems.

• Perform unit and integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing and production validation.

• Follow established software development standards, security practices, and change-management procedures.

• Participate in Agile or iterative development processes where applicable.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to continuously improve application performance, reliability, and usability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional application development experience, preferably within enterprise technology environments.

• Approximately 4–5+ years of SAP Ariba experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of Ariba configuration.

• Approximately 4–5+ years of SAP Concur experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of Concur configuration.

• 5+ years of development experience with Microsoft technologies.

• Strong understanding of software development concepts, application architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience translating technical designs and functional requirements into application solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Concur and/or Ariba with other enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with APIs, web services, data integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience supporting applications in complex, large-scale corporate environments.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative software development methodologies.

• Experience participating in application modernization, enhancement, or transformation initiatives.
