Title: Oracle HCM SME

We need 3 Oracle HCM SMEs for an HR Transformation project. We need 1 SME in each of the following areas:

  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Talent Management & Learn
  • Expert in Time & Absences

Responsibilities:

  • Support an HR Transformation project for Oracle HCM modules - Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Learn, or Time & Absences.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and customize HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
  • Configure and maintain HCM system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles.
  • Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HCM applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM technologies and industry trends.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specs
  • Conduct and design workshops and Conference Room Pilot
  • Lead workstream delivery from end to end
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM SME
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules
  • Experience in developing and customizing HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
