Overview:

Role Summary

We are looking for a mid-level techno-functional analyst with a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience in finance systems and IT solutions. This role bridges Finance and Technology, ensuring applications support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations through ERP systems.
  • Assist in chart of accounts maintenance, posting logic, and financial controls.
  • Gather requirements from Finance teams for enhancements and new features.
  • Prepare and execute UAT, create training materials, and support end-user adoption.
  • Configure and maintain Financial Systems
  • Collaborate on data integrations, master data management, and security roles.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS).
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Act as liaison between Finance and IT teams.
  • Document processes, SOPs, and maintain system knowledge base.
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems.
  • 3–5 years experience in a techno-functional role supporting Finance systems.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform and BI tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
  • Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath).
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and segregation of duties.
  • Experience with Project methodology and writing user stories.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath).
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and segregation of duties.
  • Experience with Project methodology and writing user stories.

This position includes a discretionary annual incentive plan. Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
