The Applications Developer IV is a principal-level role responsible for leading enterprise application architecture, establishing technical standards, and delivering complex software solutions. This role drives innovation, provides cross-team leadership, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across the organization.
As an Application Developer, a typical day may include:
- Leading enterprise application architecture and solution design,
- Defining and drive technical standards, frameworks, and best practices,
- Overseeing the full software development lifecycle and ensure quality delivery,
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with goals
- Guiding development teams and provide technical leadership
- Designing scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems,
- Evaluating and adopt new technologies to support innovation,
- Ensuring governance, compliance, and security standards are met,
- Mentoring senior and junior developers across teams,

To Be Considered for the position, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in application development, system design, or software engineering
- Master's is preferred
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are preferred.
