Application Development Analyst

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Experience with OnBase by Hyland. Certified in OnBase Workflow/Work view modules
• Provides advanced professional input to complex Application Development assignments/projects within OnBase Delivery team.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve highly complex problems using OnBase by Hyland.
• Designs, codes, tests, and debugs custom workflows and solutions within OnBase platform.
• Highly skilled with OnBase and backend database.
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities.
• This position may perform systems analysis functions.
• Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others.
• Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
• Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within OnBase Application
