Job Description:

The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking an Application Development Analyst with expertise in GIS technologies, geospatial automation, dashboard development, and environmental data systems.

Required Skills:

• 2%2B years of experience with CLEAR (Conservation, Lands, Easements, and Recreation).

• 2%2B years of experience with LITS systems/tools.

• 2%2B years of experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.

• 2%2B years of experience using ArcPy for geospatial analysis and data validation.

• 4%2B years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Qlik Sense.

• 3%2B years of experience with Python scripting and geospatial automation.

• Experience with data reconciliation, QA/testing, and validation processes.

• Experience with Drupal content management.

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, QA, and UAT processes.

• Experience with cadastral mapping, land ownership, title research, and geospatial data.

Preferred Skills:

• Environmental Assessment Systems.

• Natural Resource Processing Systems.

• Property Tax and Land Ownership Projects.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
