You'll take charge of engineering problem-solving, technical documentation, and interdepartmental coordination across engineering, testing, manufacturing, and more. Your tasks will include designing and optimizing remanufacturing processes for advanced diesel injectors, analyzing product issues such as test failures and field incidents, and spearheading root cause investigations and corrective measures. You will produce comprehensive technical reports and regularly communicate with stakeholders, while supporting manufacturing and supply chain continuity to uphold quality standards. Additionally, participate in ongoing cross-functional meetings focusing on engineering processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance product performance and reliability. The position offers a dynamic, office-based environment with occasional needs beyond normal work hours during critical product phases.
