We are seeking an expert with a deep understanding of high-performance bearing applications for fast-moving machinery. A background in machine tool servicing or precision machining is particularly valuable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations of the service center with oversight and strategic guidance.
- Supervise, train, and develop Repair Technicians, fostering a high-performance team.
- Collaborate with regional service centers to optimize repair work distribution and efficiency.
- Act as a technical consultant to Sales teams, assisting in inquiries and crafting precise cost and timeline assessments.
- Offer expert analysis on spindle failures and recommend innovative improvements.
- Assess and approve spindle evaluation documents. Craft detailed repair quotes encompassing component costs and labor.
- Strategically allocate repair tasks to technicians, aligning with their expertise.
- Critically assess final repair outcomes, ensuring compliance with standards and customer satisfaction.

- In-depth knowledge of precision bearings in high-speed settings.
- Experience in failure analysis of bearings and related mechanical components.
