This role is pivotal in our service facility operations, requiring a dedicated leader to supervise and guide our team of Repair Technicians. As an expert, you will balance workloads across service centers and provide invaluable support to our sales team by delivering precise technical guidance and estimates.

Your insight will be key in diagnosing spindle failures and suggesting enhancements, ensuring evaluations are thorough and that repairs meet our high standards. You will take charge of scheduling and assigning repairs, aligning tasks with each technician's proficiency to maximize both skill and efficiency. The final review of repair reports will also be integral to your role, guaranteeing client equipment performs optimally post-repair.

Successful candidates will possess a solid mechanical or electromechanical background and demonstrate a keen ability to conduct engineering calculations related to rotating machinery components. Proficiency in analyzing bearing and mechanical failures is essential. Strong communication skills and an exceptional commitment to organization and quality are required.
