This SE Application Engineer position delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customers based on Advantest products and services. It provides support for creation / implementation of the solutions as well as production ramp up and release support.
Responsibilities:
1) Application/Production Support
Support new device test application development, debug, and release to production.
Application support (e.g. yield improvement, test platform conversion, test time reduction, etc.).
Production troubleshooting and issue resolving.
Customer training (customized workshops).
Account management: relationship building, issue tracking, escalation and communication with worldwide upstream and downstream.
2) Solution Development and Project Management
Track account roadmap, analyze customer's test requirements and provide competitive test solutions.
Test solution development and project management.
Device correlation and test program release at customer site.
