Responsibilities
- Playing an active role in coding, contributing to design and architectural choices that influence the development of applications and ensure project delivery.
- Exploring and trialing new frameworks with proof-of-concept initiatives, helping the team efficiently implement innovative approaches.
- Offering support and encouraging collaborative development to nurture lean agile practices, focusing on client requirements, maintaining application quality, and sustaining a culture of ongoing learning within the group.
- Bringing forward fresh ideas, leveraging robust interpersonal abilities, and thoughtfully questioning current methods to become a trusted business partner, working closely with stakeholders to build effective solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in AWS microservices, serverless computing, Go (Golang), front-end JavaScript frameworks such as REACT, infrastructure as code/cloud formation, security architecture, NoSQL databases, as well as SRE and DevOps best practices for continuous delivery. Experience with Go, Python (or Java), REACT, and AWS services including Step Functions, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and CloudWatch.
