Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities for Application Engineer/Scientist (Hardware Speed Optimization Focus)
- Design and implement high-performance antenna, transceiver test systems and digital to RF to interface with external hardware systems, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput
- Optimize RF and digital paths and OTA domains to enhance system real-time responsiveness and reduce measurement time in hardware communication
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system-level requirements and ensure overall designs meet speed and performance targets
- Integrate analog and digital phased array designs with Keysight's antenna test solutions or microcontrollers, enabling dynamic control of external hardware speed
- Conduct timing analysis and application documentation to communicate solution speed and accuracy
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering)
Solid understanding of RF and antenna and embedded systems
Familiarity with FPGA development tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Measurement tools such as VNAs spectrum analyzer and antenna measurements

California & New Hampshire Pay Range:USD $118,660.00- $125,340.00/Year
Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
