Salary range: $80,000-$100,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Project Estimation & Proposals: Develop estimates and technical proposals for engineered equipment projects.
Pricing & Product Support: Develop product pricing models and provide technical support to the sales team for new projects.
Project Scoping & Management: Develop project scope/specification documents; monitor project scope compliance; lead project kick-off meetings; communicate project requirements and deliverables to team members; manage customer project status communications.
Project Execution & Coordination: Work with engineering, procurement, and production control to ensure timely completion of critical path elements (e.g., long lead items); manage drawing and technical documentation submittals with customers.
Project Closure & Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up meetings to close out projects, including reviewing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Post-Action Reviews (PARs).
Customer Specification Review: Ensure all aspects of customer specifications are addressed (compliance, clarification, exceptions, delivery times, etc.).
Customer Service & Warranty Support: Support customer service and address warranty issues.
Product Development: Participate in product development initiatives.
Documentation & Systems: Maintain project records using SolidWorks PDM and IFS ERP systems.
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel for system startup and troubleshooting.
Engineering design: Actively participate in product design, collaborating with the engineering team to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions.
