Application Engineer The Challenge: The Applications Engineer supports sales, engineering, and end-users by providing technical expertise in abrasive air blast processes, equipment selection, and surface preparation requirements. This role evaluates customer applications, recommends appropriate blasting media, equipment, and process parameters, and ensures proposed solutions meet surface requirements, production targets, and the customers' the Job to Be Done (JTBD). The Applications Engineer clearly communicate recommendations through proposals and general arrangement (GA) drawings, including presentations when needed. This position serves as a subject-matter expert for both manual and automated blasting systems, supporting projects from concept through commissioning. Passionate innovator.
