Must have knowledge of MSI installers, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting

Operating systems (strong understanding of Windows), Mobile Devices, Networking, VLAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Scripting Proficiency like PowerShell and BAT
Active Directory, Networking Diagnostic Commands, Incident Management Tools, ITSM processes and tools, Analytical Abilities
