Application Production Support Analyst (AI Platform)
Location: Irving, TX; Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite Per Week)
Contract Length: 24 Months, with Potential FTE Conversion
Role Overview
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives supporting AI-enabled applications and platform solutions across the organization. This role focuses on production support, operational stability, incident resolution, release support, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will have application production support experience, troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to support evolving technologies. This is not a software development role; the primary focus is on operational excellence, platform support, issue management, and maintaining service availability.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or Application Production Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Experience supporting business applications in a production environment is required.
