We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently, offering round-the-clock support to meet our clients' needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Practical work experience with Unix/Linux systems
• Ability to write SQL queries and perform database updates
• Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk
• Knowledge of Informatica and Hadoop systems
• Experience in banking platforms and associated applications

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to participate in incident bridge calls effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience documenting and maintaining operations procedures
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day level 2 operational application support
• Monitor application jobs and services
• Resolve application issues, problems, and incidents
• Support change and release activities
• Work closely with technology and business operation teams
