Required Skills & Qualifications
- Practical work experience with Unix/Linux systems
- Ability to write SQL queries and perform database updates
- Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk
- Knowledge of Informatica and Hadoop systems
- Experience in banking platforms and associated applications
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to participate in incident bridge calls effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience documenting and maintaining operations procedures
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day level 2 operational application support
- Monitor application jobs and services
- Resolve application issues, problems, and incidents
- Support change and release activities
- Work closely with technology and business operation teams
