Introduction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong, production-level Oracle PL/SQL and Actimize AIS knowledge
• Experience with relational and object databases
• Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and strong understanding of database internals
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and version control
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle (orders, executions, etc.)
• Exposure to Trade Surveillance, Market Misconduct, Global Markets Compliance
• Exposure to Actimize AIS platform

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers for trade data processing
• Build scalable data pipelines to support Trade Surveillance use cases
• Develop and optimize high-volume batch processing jobs
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting
• Collaborate with compliance and surveillance teams to translate surveillance scenarios into technical solutions
