We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Application Programmer III. This role involves developing advanced AI solutions and integrating them with enterprise systems to drive business innovation and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7 years of software development experience
3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, Object-oriented design, Microservices architecture, Git, and CI/CD tools
Experience with RAG architectures, Prompt engineering, Embeddings and vector search, Agentic AI frameworks
Prior work experience in Banking, Treasury, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory domains
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience building solutions with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise-hosted LLMs
Knowledge of Redis Vector Databases, MCP (Model Context Protocol), OpenShift/Kubernetes, Oracle and Starburst
Familiarity with enterprise security and entitlement frameworks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design and develop GenAI applications leveraging FLARE platform capabilities
Build conversational AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Develop AI-powered automation for document intelligence, commentary generation, validation workflows, and business insights
Implement solutions using prompt engineering, prompt orchestration, and context management techniques
Optimize AI applications for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
