Application Programmer III

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong technical and analytical background to join our team as an Application Programmer III. This role involves developing complex ETL workflows and collaborating with a distributed team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing ETL workflows using Informatica Powercenter.
• Strong technical skills in performance tuning of targets, sources, mappings, and SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of PL/SQL, functions, and writing complex SQLs.
• Experience in creating and exposing views/materialized views.
• Strong command of UNIX commands and scripting.
• Experience with MuleSoft Integration.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with source control repositories such as SVN/BitBucket.
• Familiarity with continuous build integration tools like IBM UBuild/Jenkins, IBM UDeploy/Ansible.
• Previous experience working on data warehouse projects.
• Python programming skills.
• Tableau/reporting experience.
• Experience with Mulesoft and other API technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop ETL workflows and data mappings to ingest data from various sources.
• Create and manage Unix scripts for automation and data processing.
• Develop test cases and perform unit testing to ensure software quality.
• Coordinate with distributed teams and provide regular task status updates to management.
