Introduction

The candidate will be responsible for the implementation of business solutions across PBMRT. This role requires significant contributions to the design, development, and completion of project deliverables. The candidate will research and design solutions for work defined in our PB house and reg margin calculators, ensuring these designs meet requirements, are approved by business partners, and are communicated to the development team for coding, testing, and integration into our platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications, comfortable working with different levels of management, high attention to detail
• AI-first SDLC cycle approach
• Sense of ownership and personally vested in the success of the project and to be self-driven
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines
• Understands agile methodologies
• Must have experience participating in large or complex projects
• Proficient in data management with strong data analytical capability
• Experience in application development with Java, Python, and SQL
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in the banking industry
• Financial products experience is required
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of risk and product evaluation
• Experience in using Co-pilot for agent-first development
• Experience in managing CI/CD infrastructure in Bitbucket/Jenkins
• Manage Java project dependencies with Maven and related utilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with business users to prioritize work items
• Analyze and understand existing data, job flows, and components
• Assist in investigating production issues and provide solutions
• Provide recommendations for new solutions to existing problems or challenges
• Work with multiple teams in different locations and time zones
• Document solutions to issues and business and testing requirements using JIRA
