Application Programmer III

Introduction

Join our Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) team, which supports the Capital Management function within Corporate Treasury. We are embarking on a Technology Transformation Journey to build and adopt advanced capabilities for Data Ingestion, Rules Authoring Execution, and Analytics. This greenfield project is crucial for replacing multiple legacy applications within Treasury Technology and will support critical regulatory programs such as Basel IV and FRTB.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst role
• Delivery-focused techno-functional role
• Proficient in SQL programming, preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata
• Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets with a focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations
• Understanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (Basel, CRR, CRD IV, etc.)

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing
• Familiarity with machine-learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods
• Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop enterprise-level applications
• Participate in the technology transformation journey by adopting new tools and techniques
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous application design
