Application Programmer III

Introduction

Join our Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) team, a pivotal part of Corporate Treasury. We are embarking on a Technology Transformation Journey to develop robust capabilities for Data Ingestion, Rules Authoring Execution, and Analytics. This greenfield project aims to replace multiple legacy applications and support critical regulatory programs such as Basel IV and FRTB.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a BA/FA role
• Delivery-focused techno-functional role expertise
• Strong knowledge of SQL programming, preferably with databases like Oracle Exadata
• Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, focusing on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations
• Understanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (Basel, CRR, CRD IV, etc.)
• Attention to detail and self-starter with an ability to identify risks and issues and suggest improvements
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing
• Familiarity with machine-learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods
• Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new systems for Capital Management
• Analyze and optimize existing systems to meet regulatory requirements
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
