Pay Range: $40/hr - $53/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Manager Notes:

• Hybrid role, 3 days required onsite
• Possibility of extension
• Paid parking required onsite
• References will be requested for finalists.
• Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense
• Twice a year, supporting global town meetings, a big project coming up in September
• Another large project in October onsite Cambridge; the role will support Big events every month 

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; AV/Video experience
• Zoom webinar and production studio experience
• Event
• ServiceNow experience or knowledge
• Minimum education: BS degree, MS and PHD Degrees overqualified
• Bachelor’s degree and min 3+ AV/Video experience
• Soft skills are essential, and strong communication is a must
• Customer-facing role, being courteous, handling pressure, multitasking, and working well with the team.
• Ability to work well with customers, cross-functional team, clients, and all staff. Strong communication skills
• Zoom platform experience required, advanced features
• Experience with video conference equipment
• ServiceNow experience or knowledge.
• Zoom webinar and production studio experience (85% time team uses the webinar platform)
