Title: Application Support Analyst
Location : Remote, US
Target Start Date : 7/27
Type: (C, CTH, D) C/CTH
Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : $35/hr

Position Summary
The Application Support Analyst provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise business applications. This role partners with users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues, improve system performance, and ensure reliable application support.
Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications
  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate application updates, testing, and deployments
  • Manage user access and security permissions
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Create support documentation and knowledge articles
  • Monitor application performance and identify trends
Qualifications
  • 4+ years supporting enterprise applications
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Entra ID and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience supporting Azure-hosted applications
