Application Support Analyst Autotime / Control-M (Remote)

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst Autotime / Control-M for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will provide production/application support by troubleshooting Autotime tickets, using SQL and Control-M to investigate issues, routing development fixes, and rerunning failed jobs when required.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (4-day, 10-hour shifts per week), Remote role in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsive for receiving and servicing tickets in Autotime. Candidates will route the tickets to the responsible party for development fixes. May be responsible for deploying fixes such as re-running job that failed.
• Experience with Autotime, SQL, and Control-M are required.
• The role will start with training on the system to get up to speed but will eventually require on-call flexibility to service business-critical tickets after hours and sometimes weekends. An on-call rotation is being created by the team and is currently TBD but the initial plan is to have one week on-call, one week as backup, and then at least one week off call prior to being back into rotation. Ideally they will have at least two weeks off call prior to being back into rotation.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 6+ years of experience as Application Support Analyst.
• Must have Autotime experience to successfully support the team. Tickets come through Service Central so familiarity with Service Central is also important. Support may occasionally bleed into after hours as this position requires on-call support.
• Experience with Control-m (Automated Job Management)
• Experience with Autotime (config, timecard fixing, etc)
• Experience with SQL (nice to have, querying for information to help with tickets)Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $45/hr - $52/hr
