Job Description

We are seeking a Production Support Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 24/5 support operations, performance metrics and reporting, and technical incident resolution and a proven ability to stabilize services, improve operational performance, and mitigate risk across business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor a 24/7 customer support and service delivery model, including on-call participation as needed.
• Create, track, and communicate performance metrics and operational reports to stakeholders.
• Triage and resolve technical problems by partnering with engineering, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain business applications knowledge to support incident, change, and release activities.
• Support business continuity, resiliency practices, and IT risk management controls.
• Manage technology assets and inventory records with accuracy and audit readiness.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify problems, document root causes, and propose risk mitigation actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in 24/7 operations support, incident management, and service delivery.
• Proficiency in producing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Skill in technical problem resolution and cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge of business applications, change management, and release processes.
• Understanding of business continuity, resiliency, and IT risk management practices.
• Experience with asset and inventory management tools and processes.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify risks and propose mitigation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience level: 3+ years in technology operations or related roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
