Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Application Support Lead for a Contract job with a client in Oklahoma City, OK (Remote). The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), along with a strong background in application support, incident management, system enhancements, and production operations.

Rate Range: $74/hour to $76/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Application Support Lead job responsibilities include:

• Provide functional support for SAP VIM incidents, service requests, and production issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolution activities across business and technical teams.

• Monitor and support daily SAP VIM operations, including document processing, workflow execution, exception management, and invoice processing activities.

• Analyze business requirements and implement approved SAP VIM enhancements, configuration updates, and process improvements.

• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and operational performance.

• Support SAP VIM-related projects, deployments, testing activities, system upgrades, and implementation initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

• Strong experience supporting SAP VIM production environments and business-critical invoice processing workflows.

• Experience with:

• Incident Management

• Problem Management

• Change Management

• Production Support

• Functional Configuration

• Business Process Analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP FICO.

• Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay Details: $74.00 to $76.00 per hour
