Job Description -
7+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Operations.
3+ years of experience supporting applications hosted on Azure with Azure platform administration.
Experience managing application servers, service availability, and operational health.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
Experience in incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and operational support processes.
Knowledge of Azure platform administration, security patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
Experience with Azure services and DevOps practices for deployment.
Knowledge on Infrastructure support (On-prem Windows and Linux) is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Application Support and Production Operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational health of business-critical applications.
Administer and support Azure-hosted applications, including platform configuration, application servers, deployments, security patching, and vulnerability remediation.
Monitor application performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
Lead incident management, problem management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), driving timely resolution and preventive actions for production issues.
Support DevOps deployments and infrastructure operations across Azure and on-premises Windows/Linux environments while maintaining security and compliance standards.
