Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff). Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems. Examples include stepping into a courtroom to troubleshoot AV or computer issues during court proceedings or helping staff with ‘How do I…’ questions. Interface with and escalate to County IT team for advanced support.
